Terms of service

The rules for using OwnerCue during the pilot. By using OwnerCue you agree to them.

The service

These terms are between you and OwnerCue, operated by Evgeny Popov. OwnerCue is a pilot: an account exists only through an invitation or, for invited email addresses, a trial started from a report, and features may change, pause or stop while the pilot runs. The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the data you upload and for having the right to share it with OwnerCue.
  • You connect only accounts you own or are authorised to connect, and you keep that authority current.
  • You keep your password and your two-step sign-in to yourself, and you tell us promptly if you think your account is compromised.
  • You invite only people who should see the workspace's data.

Acceptable use

Do not use OwnerCue to:

  • break the law or anyone else's rights, including privacy rights;
  • upload data you have no right to share, or data about people that your export did not need to contain;
  • probe, overload or get around the service's security, limits or access rules;
  • reach another business's workspace or data.

What OwnerCue does not promise

OwnerCue does not guarantee rankings, bookings, revenue or any other result. It reports what it measured, with the limits of that measurement stated, and its recommendations are suggestions for you to decide on. Decisions about your business stay yours.

Suspension and deletion

We may suspend an account or workspace that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk, and we will say why where we can. A suspended owner keeps the record export and the deletion request. You can request deletion of your workspace at any time from Settings and history; the privacy policy says what deletion removes.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the new version is posted here with its effective date. Significant changes are also sent to account holders by email. Using OwnerCue after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

The governing law of these terms is not yet confirmed and will be stated here before the pilot takes on a real business.
